We currently ship within Australia.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and prepared with care before dispatch.
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are typically:
• Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and during peak periods.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from minima.
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible change-of-mind purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used nail sets cannot be returned unless faulty.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@minimabeauty.com. If approved, we will provide instructions for return postage. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different style, we recommend placing a new order.

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship within Australia only.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate shipping of $8.95 AUD applies to all Australian orders. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $79 AUD.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery delays are outside our control. If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to eligibility.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Yes. Due to hygiene reasons, personal care items (including beauty products) cannot be returned if opened or used. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@minimabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
