To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used nail sets cannot be returned unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us at hello@minimabeauty.com as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened, worn, or used press-on nail sets, including items where the seal has been broken.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before opening your product.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different style, we recommend placing a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@minimabeauty.com.
