Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping within Australia
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $79 AUD.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier, and external factors.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. minima cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Delays and lost parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@minimabeauty.com and we'll assist where possible, including liaising with the carrier on your behalf.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is lost or damaged in transit.
